Rare, magical and small winery near Sinalunga (SI) that produces the now famous ORCIA DOC. The property is about 10 hectares, with 6250 vines per hectare, for a total of 25,000 plants. In the soil there are about 200 olive trees in full production (about 3 quintals of oil produced), in addition to 1.5 hectares of forest and about half a hectare of micorized truffle for prized white. Casale of 1700 is about 600 square meters, and between 2001 and 2005 it has been completely renovated with high quality finishes, and in Tuscan style: floor heating system with geothermal heat pump, LPG condensing boiler for hot water and any further heating. The very impressive lounges are dominated by style fireplaces and 3 or 4 rooms with private bathrooms. The farmhouse is surrounded by an elegant green with underground irrigation system. Water independence is guaranteed by an artesian well that fishes from a vein at 80 meters, from some underground collection cisterns and a capacious basin. The new cellar is 450 square meters, while the storage room for agricultural equipment is 150 square meters.
Specialized vineyards: 2 hectares of Sangiovese (planted in 2002); 1 hectare of Merlot (planted 2002); 0.5 hectares of Petit Verdot (planted in 2002), 0.5 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon (planted in 2002). The vineyards enjoy an excellent east-west exposure and remain naturally protected by the north wind. They are located at an altitude of about 400 m. The current annual production of bottles is around 20,000 bottles.
