The house is surrounded by an elegant green with underground irrigation system. The water independence is guaranteed by an artesian well that fishing from a vein at 80 meters, from some underground collecting tanks and a large reservoir.

New 450 sqm Cellar, 150 sqm room for storage of agricultural equipment; specialized vineyards: 2 hectares of Sangiovese (planted in 2002); 1 hectare of Merlot (planted 2002); 0.5 hectares of Petit Verdot (planted in) 2002, 0.5 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon.(Planted in 2002). The vineyards have an excellent east-west and are naturally protected from the north wind. They are located at an altitude of about 400 m. The current annual output bottles is around 20,000 bottles.
