There are also 29 hectares of olive groves, a natural lake of about 2.5 hectares, 35 hectares of forest while the remaining area is occupied by 35 hectares of arable land, suitable for producing more vineyards. Within this area there are two separate buildings and not very far apart, built in stone walls.

The size of the first building has a more lively structure and is divided on ground floor and first. On the ground floor there are a number of commercial outbuildings and storage cellar for a total of 400 square meters. On the first floor there is a residential apartment of 250 square meters.

The adjacent second building of the total area of 180 square meters. It includes a wine cellar where there are two stainless steel fermentation tanks type 500 hectoliters useful to the fermentation of the grapes, as a side canopy for shelter equipment.
